Yokohama Rubber Announces Changes of Senior Management

Tokyo - The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced today that the company decided to make the following changes in responsibilities of senior management at its December 27, 2011 meeting of the board of directors. The changes will become effective as of January 1, 2012 and as of February 1, 2012.
